In February two UTP delegates visited Aarhus University. They participated in a pilot visit to find common research areas for scientist from both universities.

In February two UTP delegates – Dr. Tomasz Janiak and Dr. Jarosław Górecki visited Adana Science and Technology University. Their visit took place in the period from 19 to 22 February. UTP delegates attended several meetings as their goal was to find common research areas for researchers and scientists from both universities.

In January UTP welcomed two representatives of EcoSET Partner – University of Molise in Italy. Professor Giuseppe Maiorano and a PhD Student Mengjun Wu participated in a pilot visit that laid the groundwork for the joint scientific research and publications.

UTP Delegates – MSc Agata Bukaluk (Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture) and Prof. Szymon Różański (Faculty of Animal Breeding and Biology) visited Tarleton State University (TSU), Stephenville in Texas, US.

Their visit took place in the period from March 1st to March 9th, 2020. They attended several meetings, familiarized themselves with the scientific and research offer of TSU. Their goal was also to find common research areas for TSU and UTP researchers.

At the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture an International Seminar, attended by representatives of University of Beira Interior Prof. Jorge Gonçalves and Prof. Bertha B. Santos, has officially started!

The UTP delegates: Dr. Małgorzata Sztubecka and Dr. Jacek Chmielewski took part in the ICEUBI2019 – International Congress on Engineering – Engineering for Evolution Conference within Task 3. Subsidising UTP employees’ participation in international conferences combined with presentation of achievements in form of a lecture or a poster.
